One job: invoices that are valid the first time
Fiscalane is for freelancers and small businesses who need to send a professional invoice, and increasingly a structured e-invoice, without learning a standard first.
Why it exists
Customers, and in a growing number of countries tax authorities, expect invoices as structured data. A PDF that looks fine can still be rejected by a buyer's system because of a missing reference, a tax category without a reason or totals that differ by a cent. Fiscalane puts the check next to the form, so you find the problem while you are still typing.
How we describe the product
- Fiscalane exports files. It is not a Peppol access point and does not send documents over the network.
- The compliance check implements a documented subset of the EN 16931 and PEPPOL BIS Billing 3.0 rules. It is not the official validator and not a certification.
- Where a date, threshold or legal status matters, we link the official source and tell you to check it, because it may change. Where no official source exists yet, for example Qatar's technical specification, we say so and mark the rule as our own assumption.
- Templates and guides are general. They are not legal or tax advice, and tax treatment differs by country.
